With quality cameras and lenses, iPhones are a great solution for the on-the-go photographer. Doesn’t the saying go, the best camera is the one with you? So, bring your iPhone for a hands-on workshop utilizing many different functions of these powerful camera phones. This one-day workshop is for iPhone photographers that want to enhance their camera experience through hands-on applications of apps and tools. Starting in the classroom, we will have an introduction of the new functions of Apple’s photo app* and specific apps such as: Hipstamatic, Polarr, Photogene, Adobe Lightroom Mobile, RollWorld, Snapseed and Glaze.
During the afternoon, we will use several specialty apps and advance our photography skills on-location through composition and challenges. After several photo challenges we will return to the classroom for a hands-on session and demonstration of additional apps for photo output (printing, viewing, saving and backup). You will have plenty of one-on-one time with Amy throughout the workshop to ask questions and get coaching specific to your individual iPhone photographic needs. Grab your iPhone and join Amy in this one-day photo opportunity.
(One week prior to class participants will receive a list of recommended apps to download.)
*Although this class targets iPhone participants, most apps and camera features covered in this workshop are available on other brand smart phones. If you have a non-Apple smart phone and would like to join us, please email the instructor.
