Interested in night photography?  This is the best place to get started. This one-day workshop with photographer and author of “Fun in the Dark: A Guide to Successful Night Photography” will expand your knowledge both in the field and in the classroom, on proper settings and techniques for capturing the night sky.

The first half of the workshop will take place in a classroom setting and cover theory, settings, gear, and proper exposure for various types of night photography.  After a brief meal break, the group will transfer to Lost Dutchman State Park before nightfall to get set up to capture the night skies.

By the end of the workshop, you will have the basic knowledge for continuing your adventure into night photography.

Please be aware that shooting locations stated in this itinerary may change depending on weather and lighting conditions in the hopes of giving you the best opportunities possible.
